Shipping and Delivery

Our standard delivery times are 1 - 3 days within Auckland or 2 - 3 working days outside of Auckland. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.

Australian deliveries please allow 5-10 days for delivery depending on your location.

Rest of world we use DHL express service with a delivery window of 3-7 days to your country. 

For items that are made to order or pre-order we will email a conformation on an expected delivery date, there will also be an indication in the items product description. 

For oversized items there may be additional charges, we will send an estimate once we have your order detail and address. If you would like to contact us prior to processing your order please email hello@supply-co.net

Our courier partners do not deliver to PO box addresses. Your order will be delivered with Track and Trace. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder if you do not receive this.

For international orders Supply has no control over any customs timeframes, biosecurity or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges.
