Refund policy
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your order in any way, it can be returned for a store credit provided that it is as new and in saleable condition.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging (with tags still on the item, if applicable).
We will apply a store credit for full price items that are returned to us within 10 days of the parcel being received by you. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please email hello@supply-co.net within 3 days of receiving your product/s if you wish to return due to fault or change of mind with your order number reference, reason for return and we will advise return address details. We highly recommend sending returns back with a track and trace number as we are not liable for lost parcels.
If you want to exchange an item please purchase the size you are wanting and we will refund the incorrect size once it arrives.
LIMITS ON RETURNS POLICY
*Sale items, special orders or custom made furniture are not able to be returned or exchanged.
*Pre-ordered items may be eligible for a store credit or exchange at our discretion.
*Cancelling orders that have been placed in error incur a 5% fee to cover processing fees. This option is only applicable if contact to request this is made prior to shipping your item and is not a preorder.
*Jewellery is non returnable for hygiene reasons
(At our discretion a refund may be accepted with the exclusion of orders placed using Afterpay or items listed in "limits on returns policy" above)
