Refund Policy
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your order in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is as new and in saleable condition.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging (with tags still on the item, if applicable).
In the unlikely event a fragile item arrives damaged please notify us immediately hello@supply-co.net so we can rectify via our courier partners.
We will exchange, credit or refund for full price items that are returned to us within 14 days of the parcel being received by you. Shipping costs are not refundable.
*Please note at our discretion, a refund may be offered instead of a credit.
Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the transaction to appear in your account as different banks have different processing times.
Please email hello@supply-co.net with your order number reference, reason for return and we will advise return address details.
LIMITS ON RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, or if 5 days have elapsed since you received your order, we cannot refund or exchange.
Sale items or special orders are not able to be returned or exchanged, unless of course if they're damaged.
We highly recommend sending returns back with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail.
