If you are unhappy with your order in any way, it can be returned for a store credit provided that it is as new and in saleable condition.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging (with tags still on the item, if applicable).
We will apply a store credit for full price items that are returned to us within 10 days (NZ) or 14 days (rest of world) of the parcel being received by you. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your product/s if you wish to return due to fault or change of mind with your order number reference, reason for return and we will advise return address details. We highly recommend sending returns back with a track and trace number as we are not liable for lost parcels.
