If you are unhappy with your order in any way, it can be returned or exchanged provided that it is as new and in saleable condition.
In the unlikely event a fragile item arrives damaged please notify us immediately email@example.com so we can rectify via our courier partners.
We will exchange or offer a store credit for full price items that are returned to us within 14 days of the parcel being received by you.
Please note at our discretion, a refund may be offered instead of a credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging (with tags still on the item, if applicable).
Refunds are made back to your original method of payment.
Limits on Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, or if 5 days have elapsed since you received your order, we cannot refund or exchange.
Sale items or special orders are not able to be returned or exchanged
We highly recommend sending returns back with a track and trace number so it won’t get lost in the mail.
