Shipping and Delivery

Our standard delivery times are 1 - 3 days on a tracked courier within New Zealand. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries and in sale or busy periods as sometimes there may be a slight delay in processing your order.

International deliveries will be sent on a tracked courier please allow 7-10 days for delivery depending on your location.

For items that are pre-order there will be an indication of a delivery date in the items product description. 

For our custom made pool loungers and daybeds we will email with an aprox delivery date once your order has been placed and email with regular updates on the process.

Our courier partners do not deliver to PO box addresses. Your order will be delivered with Track and Trace. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your junk mail folder if you do not receive this.

Europe - $120

Asia - $70

For international orders Supply has no control over any customs timeframes, biosecurity or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges.
